Led the development of innovative applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor for web solutions, and Flutter/Dart with Firebase for iOS and Android, delivering a flagship "super app" with advanced authentication. Designed the company’s first passkey login system and an internal finance tool. Demonstrated expertise in object-oriented design, SQL, MongoDB, and Azure DevOps while contributing to lean practices like CI/CD workflows.
My responsibilities include delivery of the sales strategy and execution of new product sales. My remit also covers the integration of new retailers onto the platform, working closely with the team of developers.
My responsibilities as Commercial Director were to deliver sales targets and the operations to support this. This included working closely with developers to build several new products, including a fulfillment portal and an e-commerce whie-label solution.
Responsible for buying up to £25m annually. Worked across 5 retail fashion departments. Awarded for negotiating highest margins within fashion. Increased sales consistently across all departments.
